To ensure you get the best possible product we collect flowers directly from the growers, then pack and ship your order the day before you request delivery.

DELIVERY DATE

The delivery date is selected on the first product selected - please remember there are no deliveries to you on Sunday or Monday. 

 WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE? 

The delivery charge is dependent on the cart total and is set-up to charge a fixed rate using the tiered system below:

Tier 1 £0.00 - £149.99 = £15.00

Tier 2 £150.00 - £2,500 = £22.50

Courier Information

We use DPD UK to deliver your orders, you will be sent a unique tracking code for your delivery via SMS.

What happens if you have an issue regarding delivery?

What happens if I want a refund due to delivery services?

If you have a damaged box, please contact DPD to lodge a complaint and follow their refund procedure.
