To ensure you get the best possible product we collect flowers directly from the growers, then pack and ship your order the day before you request delivery.

Courier Information

We use DPD UK to deliver your orders, you will be sent a unique tracking code for your delivery via SMS.

What happens if you have an issue regarding delivery?

You can contact DPD customer services using online chat in-app or on their website, whatsapp or phone services.

What happens if i want a refund due to delivery services?

We send the flowers and parcels in the best condition possible, if the items have been destroyed or gone missing in transit please request refunds or submit a complaint to DPD. In the event there is an issue with missing or wrong items, please contact the Evolve Flower team here.
