Shipped with biodegradable Arrive Alive Eco on stem ends, please ensure these are conditioned in deep water with Pro2 and do not leave stems out of water at all when arranging. to revive if flopped submerge the stem and flower underwater  for around 30-40 minutes and it should revive. Avoid collapse by cutting stems and placing in deep water. Mist with Chrysal Glory in installations.
