  Bank holiday weekend and the last opportunity for summer escapes before the children go back to school. We will be staying here and completing the year-end stock take while commenting on the slow moving traffic on the road to the coast! Wishing you all a sunny weekend. Loads of dried products are being sent out and our "Preserve Summer Embrace Autumn" collection hits the outlets this week, already proving popular as consumers get closer to nature and more in tune with seasonality. Carthamus is coming in for drying and a little limited, plenty of Gyp and Eryngium Blue Lagoon...

  This week the theme has been 'preserving summer & embracing autumn'  The barn roof is covered with several hundred British grown bunches of flowers drying for the winter months and of course the festive season (i didn't say it!) The changing of the seasons is healthy for us to recognise, it is a chance to 'reset' and to know that, despite the madness of the world right now we’re moving forwards.   School uniforms are back in store! Summer sunshine needs to get on and warm up so we can get into Antirhinums and Lisianthus that are missing some light so they will get here in the next couple of weeks. Asters 300gram bunches of multi-headed Asters and plenty to go at. Full colour range. Hyericum Green joined by Red berries for Autumn tones. Agapanthus - Blue & White Agapanthus White the huge 'limited edition' stems are trickling in... White Agapanthus also reducing in numbers. Blue slowing down.
